[origin: EP2273453A1] The method involves transferring a password to a central processing unit (4) by a computer unit (3) through communicative connections (31,31'). The communicative connections are tested, whether the transferred password is matched with a valid password for an area profile. The released area profile is changed by the computer unit through communicative connections. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an access control system; and (2) a computer program product for a data storage.
