[origin: WO2011003594A1] The invention relates to an organic-electronic circuit in the form of a film body. The organic-electronic circuit comprises a carrier film (1), a first and a second electrically conductive functional layer (2, 6), a ferroelectric layer (5) and one or a plurality of dielectric layers (3, 3'). The one or the plurality of dielectric layers (3, 3') is or are embodied as electrically insulating layers. One or a plurality of electrodes for one or a plurality of organic components is or are respectively shaped in the first and in the second electrically conductive functional layers (2, 6). One of the one or the plurality of electrodes of the first electrically conductive functional layer (2) and one of the one or the plurality of electrodes of the second electrically conductive functional layer (6) are arranged in overlapping fashion in regions and are shaped as electrode plates of a memory cell (7). The ferroelectric layer (5) and the one or the plurality of dielectric layers (3, 3') are arranged between the electrode plates with formation of the memory cell (7). The one or the plurality of dielectric layers are shaped over the whole area in the region of the overlapping electrode plates.
