[origin: EP2452729A1] The cross-country ski (1) has a multilayered sliding board (4) comprising upper belt, lower belt (9) and interposed core. A covering layer is formed by upper side (11) of sliding board. A pressure or force distribution portion (13) is formed between core of sliding board and upper side facing core of tread surface, which extends about 80-120% of length (15) of climb or kick zone with respect to ski longitudinal direction in large portion in which kick zone is overlapped while covering entire length of kick zone. A tread surface is formed on underside (3) of sliding board with respect to ski longitudinal direction in central portion of riser or kick zone (5) for retarding rear sliding.
