[origin: EP2452817A1] The device (1) has a transfer gap (107) via which a printing substrate (121) i.e. paper sheet, is guided, and base modules (2, 2'', 2''') including a transfer cylinder (108) and a counter printing cylinder (109) and formed by a machining unit e.g. printing unit, of a printing machine (117) i.e. offset-sheet printing machine. Transfer modules (3, 3') are separated from the base modules, and include guide elements (102) or a dancer system (103) for guiding or pulsing a transfer film (104). A guiding system i.e. track system, guides the transfer modules to the base modules and/or the machine.
