Abstract (en)

The method involves proving bracing modules, where each module has mechanical coupling terminals coupled with each other. An elongate bracing assembly (3) is formed from the bracing modules that are longitudinally attached to each other. The bracing assembly is arranged between two surfaces to be braced and stretched against the surfaces by expansion of a tensioning module (4) that is blocking by a blocking arrangement in a stretched condition. A tensioning device i.e. press, is removed from the tensioning module such that the tensioning module remains in its stretched blocked condition. An independent claim is also included for a modular bracing system for opposite bracing of two lateral surfaces of an excavation pit.

Ein Verfahren und ein modulares System zur Spriessung der seitlichen Flächen einer Baugrube 1. Das System umfasst verschiedene Module, welche wegen ihrer normierten Kupplungsanschlüsse (25, 26, 28, 40) beliebig zusammengebaut werden können. Jedes Spreizgebilde (3) wird aus mehreren Modulen zusammengestellt und umfasst mindestens ein verstellbares Anspannungsmodul (4) und ein Endanschlussstück (5), welches so schräg eingestellt, und an die seitlichen Flächen montiert werden kann, dass die grossen Lasten einer schräg angespannten Spriessung (3) orthogonal in die Wand (12) geleitet werden können. Das Anspannungsmodul (4) ermöglicht das Einsetzten einer Presse, welche nach jedem Anspannen einer Spriessung (3) wieder vom Anspannungsmodul (4) entfernt werden kann.
