Abstract (en)
The tape has a silicone foam body (4) provided with adhesive layers (3) on two opposite longitudinal surfaces. A geometric structure increasing elastic side movement is implemented within the body or within an outer cross-section of the body. Outer corners are rounded off with respect to the cross-section of the body such that an acrylic adhesive is ended against roundness. One of narrow sides of the silicone body is provided with a sealing lip. The silicone body is provided with metallic or plastic base body profiles. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a silicone foam tape.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Silikonband zum elastischen Verschließen von Fugen mit einem Silikonkörper welcher auf zwei gegenüberliegenden Längsflächen mit einem Klebstoff versehen ist, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines solchen Silikonbandes, gemäß Oberbegriff der Patentansprüche 1 und 11. Um hierbei zu erreichen, dass die elastische Seitenbeweglichkeit ohne Zerstörung der dauerhaften Dichtwirkung noch zuverlässiger gewährleistet wird, ist erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass innerhalb des Silikonkörpers die elastische Seitenbeweglichkeit erhöhende zusätzliche geometrische Struktur mit implementiert ist.
