[origin: EP2455525A1] The method involves movably arranging a device for knitting decoration materials of a spangle-or soutache supply device at a machine frame, and moving the device from a resting position into a sticking position in which a drive wheel of the device stays in engagement with a stationary drive shaft for coupling the device with a drive unit. The knitting device is moved from the sticking position into the resting position for decoupling the device from the drive unit, where the drive wheel is externally engaged with the stationary drive shaft in the resting position. An independent claim is also included for a device for knitting decoration materials of a spangle-or soutache supply device.
