[origin: EP2455572A2] The device has a gear wing and an active wing that are arranged in preset manner. A slide ring is arranged in parallel with respect to a sliding rail for holding a gear wing in a wait state. The movement of a blockable bar (20) is blocked by opening the gear wing. The blockable bar is moved along sliding rail supported on a locking element (12). The blockable bar is aligned closer to the pivot axis of an active wing.
