[origin: WO2011010030A1] The invention relates to a device for dispensing one or more fluid jets (6), including a fluid intake pipe (7), supplying fluid to one or more fluid dispensing nozzles (5) arranged at the downstream end of said pipe (7), and a motor (1) cooperating with the fluid intake pipe (7) by means of a rotary transmission axle (2) and a transmission mechanism (4a, 4b). The fluid intake pipe (7) includes an upstream portion (7a) with a first axis (XX) and a downstream portion (7b) with a second axis (YY), the first and second axes (XX, YY) forming an angle (a) of 5 to 50° therebetween. The downstream portion (7b) with the second axis (YY), having the downstream end of the pipe (7) with the fluid dispensing nozzle(s) and the transmission mechanism (4a, 4b), includes a means for moving said downstream pipe portion (7b) so as to impart a predetermined movement thereto. The invention also relates to a method for surface treating, stripping, or peeling a material by means of high-pressure fluid, wherein such device is implemented to dispense, by means of one or more nozzles, a fluid in the form of one or more fluid jets at a pressure of at least 1500 bar, preferably between 2000 and 5000 bar.
