Abstract (en)

The method involves attaching a structure in printed circuit board at room temperature before heating on deformation temperature. The structure is attached with increasing or decreasing of the thickness in the printed circuit board. A steel strip is made of air hardenable steel, where metallic coating is made of zinc or aluminum. An independent claim is also included for a component that is manufactured by hot deformation of printed circuit board.

Abstract (de)

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bauteilen durch Warmumformung von Platinen, insbesondere aus Stahl, bei dem die Platine zunächst zugeschnitten wird, anschließend auf Umformtemperatur erwärmt und danach einem Warmumformvorgang unterzogen wird. Dabei wird in die Platine bei Raumtemperatur, also vor dem Erwärmen auf Umformtemperatur, eine steifigkeitserhöhende, die Blechdicke nicht vermindernde Struktur eingebracht.
