The pump has a rotor, and a sheet rotor disk comprising a supporting ring and two partial disks, where the partial disks are provided with respective supporting ring sections (56, 58). The rotor has a shaft, and the rotor disk is arranged on the shaft. One of the ring sections has an abutting surface (64) that is tilted against a disk plane (54), where another ring section is pushed against the abutting surface. The abutting surface is arranged at a latch (62) that works together with a stator component for fixing one of the partial disks in a radial plane.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Turbomolekularpumpe (1) mit einem Rotor (10) und einer Blechstatorscheibe (24, 26, 28), welche einen Schaufelkranz, einen Tragring (60, 70), eine erste Teilscheibe (50) mit einem ersten Tragringabschnitt (56, 72) und eine zweite Teilscheibe (52) mit einem zweiten Tragringabschnitt (58, 74) umfasst und eine Scheibenebene (54) festlegt. Um ein gegenseitiges Überlappen der Teilscheiben zu verhindern, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der erste Tragringabschnitt eine gegen die Scheibenebene verkippte Stoßfläche (64; 94; 96; 104) aufweist, gegen die der zweite Tragringabschnitt stößt.
