Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2011012221A1] The invention relates to an application nozzle for viscous adhesives having a nozzle housing (1) comprising an interior (4) and an application edge (6) along which a plurality of nozzle openings (8), (33) are arranged and at least one supply opening (5) opposite the application edge (6), wherein the interior (4) of the nozzle housing (1) expands from the supply opening (5) to the nozzle openings (8), (33), viewed in the direction of the application edge (6), and wherein there are means (9, 10, 11) in the interior (4) of the nozzle housing (1) for conducting the adhesive from the supply opening (5) to the nozzle openings (8, 33), characterized in that the means comprise at least one flow body (9, 10, 11) each having a leading edge (12) and a cutting edge (13) and is aligned such that it, being flowed around on all sides by the volume flow of the adhesive, evenly distributes the volume flow of the adhesive under consideration of the different flow paths of the supply opening (5) to the individual nozzle openings (8, 33).
