Abstract (en)
The method injecting raw material into a mold (1) of casting device (10) so as to cast the iron component (4). The porosity (13) in the iron component is detected after solidification of iron component. A heating rod (7) is configured to move vertically or horizontally on mold so as to heat the location where porosity is detected. An independent claim is included for device for reducing porosity during casting of iron components.

Beim unkontrollierten Abkühlen von Bauteilen zur Herstellung von Gussbauteilen mit globularen Körnern kann es zur Entstehung von Poren kommen. Durch die Verwendung einer Heizungsquelle (7), die die Gussform (1) mit der Schmelze lokal erwärmen kann, wird der passende Materialfluss aufrecht erhalten.
