Abstract (en)
The method involves transporting printed sheets (1) with conveying belt (2) operative downstream of printing press along conveying path. The conveying path is divided into two individually operating conveying paths at branching location downstream from the main conveying belt (9). The folded printed sheets are transferred from the continuously operating folding devices (5,6) in straddling position to corresponding intermediate gathering devices. The straddling folded printed sheets are transferred from the intermediate gathering devices (7,8) to main conveying section.
Abstract (de)
Bei einem Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Transportsystems zur Herstellung von aus Druckbogen (1) bestehenden Druckprodukten wird stromab einer für die Herstellung der Druckbogen (1) ausgelegten Druckmaschine (C) mindestens ein erstes Förderband (2) vorgesehen. Dieses Förderband teilt sich weiter stromab in mindestens zwei individuell operierende Förderpfade (A,B) auf, wobei am Ende des jeweiligen Förderpfades die transportierten Druckbogen (4) über mindestens eine Durchlauffalzvorrichtung (5,6) rittlings auf mindestens eine intermediäre Sammelvorrichtung (7,8) überführt werden. Die Druckbogen (10) werden für den weiteren Transport von der Sammelvorrichtung in einer seriell monotonen, intermittierenden, taktgleichen oder taktunterschiedlichen Sequenz an eine Hauptförderungsstrecke übergeben. Die zu Teilbuchblocks oder Buchblocks zusammengeführten Druckbogen werden heftklammergebunden, fadengeheftet oder geleimt.
