Abstract (en)
The method involves allowing an inkjet franking system (10) to print a franking mark i.e. postal imprint (18A), on a mailpiece (18) using three primary inks such as cyan, magenta, and yellow, where one of the primary inks is constituted by a postal ink such as postal blue for cyan and/or postal red for magenta. The franking system is provided with a print module that is formed from three or four ink reservoirs each containing the inks of different colors in order to perform three-color or four-color printing process using a cyan, magenta, and yellow model. An independent claim is also included for a print module formed of three ink reservoirs.

Procédé d'impression couleur pour système d'affranchissement (10) permettant l'impression d'une marque d'affranchissement (18A) sur un article de courrier (18) à partir d'au moins les trois encres primaires Cyan, Magenta et Jaune, dans lequel au moins l'une desdites encres primaires Cyan et Magenta est constituée d'une encre postale de couleur similaire, à savoir le bleu postal pour le Cyan et/ou le rouge postal pour le Magenta.
