Abstract (en)
A smoking article (10) comprises an aerosol generating substrate (12); a mouthpiece (14) in axial alignment with the aerosol generating substrate, the mouthpiece comprising one or more segments (16); and a wrapper (20) circumscribing the mouthpiece. The wrapper (20) comprises an embossed sheet material which has a plurality of embossments on the surface and is substantially transparent, such that the underlying mouthpiece (14) is visible through the embossed sheet material of the wrapper. The wrapper (20) is preferably a tipping wrapper connecting the mouthpiece (14) to the aerosol generating substrate (12).
