The water tank (1) comprises a container (2) for receiving water, and a front cover arranged as a diaphragm and set relatively movable with respect to the container. A plate-like front portion (8) which is pivotable about the horizontal axis relative to the container, is formed in the cover provided in the container. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) steam cooking appliance; and (2) method for removing water tank from receptacle in steam cooking appliance.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Wassertank (1) für ein Dampfgargerät (20), mit einem Behälter (2) zur Aufnahme des Wassers, wobei an dem Behälter (2) eine frontseitige Abdeckung (4) angeordnet ist, welche relativ zum Behälter (2) bewegbar angeordnet ist. Die Erfindung betrifft auch ein Dampfgargerät (20) mit einem Wassertank (1), sowie ein Verfahren zum Entnehmen eines Wassertanks (1) aus einer Aufnahme (19).
