Abstract (en)
The method involves designing a push-in cooked product holder (5) as a heated push-in cooked product holder for generating steam. The push-in cooked product holder is arranged in a cooking chamber (3) of a cooking device (1) and activated and filled with water (W). Another cooked product holder (6) i.e. non-heated cooked product holder, is positioned in the cooking chamber over the former cooked product holder. A supporting surface is allowed to support a grill for partially covering a shell-shaped water receiving region (7). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a push-in cooked product holder comprising a shell-shaped water receiving region (2) a cooking device for operating a heated push-in cooked product holder, comprising a temperature sensor.

Das Verfahren dient zum Behandeln einer Speise (G) unter Dampf mittels mindestens eines Einschub-Gargutträgers (5), wobei ein Einschub-Gargutträger (5) ein beheizbarer erster Einschub-Gargutträger ist und der Dampf dadurch erzeugt wird, dass der in einem Garraum (3) eines Gargeräts (1) angeordnete, mit Wasser (W) gefüllte erste Einschub-Gargutträger (5) aktiviert wird.
