[origin: WO2011018614A2] An apparatus for transporting tubular goods such as oil pipelines, the apparatus comprising: a framework (20) having first and second support sides (21, 22); a base cross-piece (23) linking the support sides (21, 22); a first base moulding (25), secured about the lower part of the base cross- piece (23), the first base moulding (25) including a plurality of downwardly orientated concave recesses (26a), regularly spaced from each other and so sized to retain a length of pipe, a second base moulding (24) secured about the upper part of the base cross-piece (23), the second base moulding (24) including a plurality of upwardly orientated concave recesses (26b), regularly spaced from each other and so sized to retain a length of pipe, one or more further, removably mounted mouldings (28, 29) having both upwardly and downwardly orientated concave recesses; a top cross-piece (33), removably securable to the support sides; a locking means to retain the cross-piece in position, the framework (20) including lifting means (49) enabling the framework (20) to be moved between locations.
