[origin: WO2011018306A1] The invention relates to a ball screw (7, 24), comprising a threaded nut (10, 26) arranged on a threaded spindle (8, 28) and further comprising a stop (43) for circumferentially stopping the threaded nut (10, 26) at the intended stop position thereof on the threaded spindle (8, 28), wherein the stop (43) has a first stop surface (47) associated with the threaded nut (10, 26) and a second stop surface (48) associated with the threaded spindle (8, 28) and intended for stopping against the first stop surface (47), wherein axial overlap of the first stop surface (47) with the second stop surface (48) amounting to between 20% and 85% of the gradient of the threaded spindle (8, 28) is provided in the stop position.
