Abstract (en)
The impact protection system (1) comprises a multilayer sheet material (3) with an outer side (4) facing away from the user and an inner side (5) facing the user. The outer side of the multi-layer sheet material faces an outer layer of a fabric (6). The inside of the multi-layer sheet material faces an inner layer of a breathable spacer (7). A middle layer in the form of an adhesive layer (8) is formed between the fabric and the spacer. The fabric is bonded to the spacer by the adhesive layer.

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Aufprallschutz (1) für einen Schutzanzug (2) umfassend ein mehrschichtiges Schichtmaterial (3), einen Schutzanzug (2) mit einem solchen Aufprallschutz (1), sowie die Verwendung des mehrschichtigen Schichtmaterials (3) für einen Aufprallschutz. Der Aufprallschutz (1) weist eine dem Benutzer abgewandte Außenseite (4) und eine dem Benutzer zugewandte Innenseite (5) auf. Das mehrschichtige Schichtmaterial (3) weist der Außenseite (4) zugewandt eine äußere Schicht aus einem Gewebe (6), der Innenseite (5) zugewandt eine innere Schicht aus einem Abstandsgewirke (7) und zwischen dem Gewebe (6) und dem Abstandsgewirke (7) eine mittlere Schicht in Form einer Klebeschicht (8) auf. Das Gewebe (6) und das Abstandsgewirke (7) sind mittels der Klebeschicht (8) flächig miteinander verklebt. Das Abstandsgewirke (7) ist atmungsaktiv.
