[origin: EP2465809A1] The crane boom telescoping system comprises a telescoping main boom (1), telescoping cylinder (2) and a telescoping additional boom (11). A telescoping part locking unit (3) is arranged in the base section of the telescoping cylinder. Another telescoping part locking unit (4) is arranged at the telescoping cylinder for telescoping of the additional boom above the former telescoping part locking unit.
