The roof stand is made of metal. A control unit is coupled with one smoke detector. The control unit is provided for opening the closure element and/or for switching on the fan.

Eine Entlüftungsvorrichtung (1, 1'), insbesondere für Rauch und Brandgase, umfasst einen an einem Dach montierbaren Aufsatzkranz (2), an dessen Oberseite ein zu öffnendes Verschlusselement (3, 3') angeordnet ist, wobei an oder in dem Aufsatzkranz (2) ein über 200° C hitzebeständiger Ventilator (10, 10') angeordnet ist. Dadurch kann auch bei Schwelbränden ein Abziehen des Rauches und der Brandgase erfolgen.
