[origin: WO2011020875A1] The invention relates to electronic ballot facility, implementing ballot forms (1), at least one voting booth (4) and at least one ballot box (2), characterized in that: each ballot is provided with an electronic chip (10) including a first contactless read-only memory (11) in which a ballot identification code is recorded, and a second contactless read-write memory (12) provided to receive the selection of the voter; the ballot has, on one of the sides thereof, at least the name and/or photograph and/or number of the candidate whose name is written into the memory; each ballot box (2) is provided with a reader (20) having antennas, capable of contactlessly reading, when a ballot is inserted therein and through the envelope, the contents of the memories of the electronic chip in of said ballot, said reader (20) being connected to a self-contained unit (21) that is built into the ballot box (2), said self-contained unit being provided with a memory (22) in which the contents of the memories of the ballot are recorded.
