Abstract (en)

The impeller (2) has a blade (4) and is formed as a cast part. The impeller is formed by two core sections during casting. The dividing lines between the two core sections are spaced by a front edge (10) of the blade in a flow direction (S). The impeller is a cast part made of metal. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a core arrangement for casting an impeller of a pump; and (2) a method for casting an impeller of a pump.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Laufrad (2) für eine Pumpe, welches zumindest eine Schaufel (4) aufweist und als Gussteil ausgebildet ist, wobei das Laufrad (2) beim Guss mittels zumindest zweier Kernteile (14, 16) geformt wurde, wobei die Trennlinien (26, 28) zwischen den beiden Kernteilen (14, 16) von einer in Strömungsrichtung (S) vorderen Stirnkante (10) der zumindest einen Schaufel beabstandet sind, sowie eine Kernanordnung und ein Verfahren zum Gießen eines solchen Laufrades.
