Abstract (en)
The door has front- and cooking chamber-sided plates (2, 6) made of glass material and defining an intermediate space (7) in which a heat-conductive plate (10) is provided at a distance (A) from the front-sided plate. The heat-conductive plate has a conductive element (12) formed at its upper end section and deflecting vertically upwardly directed air flow (V) towards the cooking chamber-sided plate. The conductive element is formed by deformation of the heat-conductive plate that is made of aluminum or stainless steel and formed as a part of a cover plate (34).

Backofentür mit einer frontseitigen und einer garraumseitigen Scheibe (2, 6) vorzugsweise aus Glasmaterial, welche Scheiben (2, 6) einen Zwischenraum (7) begrenzen, indem sich zumindest eine Wärmeleitplatte (10) mit einem Abstand (A) von der frontseitigen Scheibe befindet. Dabei weist die Wärmeleitplatte (10) ein Leitelement (12) auf, das einen vertikal nach oben gerichteten Luftstrom (V) in Richtung der garraumseitigen Scheibe (6) ablenkt.
