[origin: EP2469497A1] The image capturing method involves generating a random identifier of access for an aircraft, after which the captured image of the aircraft and the random identifier are stored in a first memory. An encrypted or hashed value is then formed for the aircraft identifier. The identifier value is recorded during the departure of the aircraft, after which the aircraft identifier during departure is converted into an encrypted or hashed value. If the departure time is greater than the data input time, the identifier stored in the first memory is used and linked with the stored aircraft image.
