Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2469649A1] The antenna has a circular plate (22) carrying a set of radiating antenna elements (24), and a displacement unit (25) including racks mounted slidingly with respect to the plate. The displacement unit includes a synchronized displacement mechanism arranged with an actuating ring (104) and a drive motor (106) of the racks. The ring rotates with respect to a bell shaped frame (26), and is fixed with actuating cams i.e. grooves (122), of the racks. Each of the racks is equipped with a cam follower i.e. driving finger (120), cooperating with the grooves. The motor rotatively drives the ring.
