[origin: WO2011023538A2] The invention relates to a device for two-sided or multi-sided application of at least one self-adhesive label (1) to a three-dimensional object (2), said object having a protrusion (2.2) defining a fillet (2.7), having a transport or support surface (13) supporting the object (2) to be labeled, at least one applicator unit, by means of which the label (1) can be applied to the protrusion (2.2) of the object (2), and having at least one pressing device (14) comprising at least one pressing body (14.10) or a compressed air nozzle (24.1) for seating the label (1) on the fillet (2.7) of the object. According to the invention, the pressing body (14.10) or the compressed air nozzle (24.1) is mounted on a gearbox (14.1) coupled to a drive (14.2), by means of which the pressing body (14.10) or the compressed air nozzle (24.1) can be displaced back and forth from an initial position at a vertical distance from the transport or support surface (13) to an operating position, wherein the pressing body (14.10) or the compressed air nozzle (24.1) is disposed in the operating position at least partially below the protrusion (2.2) defining the fillet (2.7).
