[origin: WO2011023195A1] The present invention concerns a cylinder block for a combustion engine with a second piston having an injection stroke by displacement of a second working face towards a top position for suction through a cylinder port of at least one reactant to a reaction chamber, and that the second piston has an ejection stroke by displacement of the second working face towards a bottom position for exhaust through an exhaust port of a reaction product from a reaction chamber.
