[origin: EP2472176A2] The device has an collector mirror for collecting light obtained from a light source e.g. LED, and a non-imaging deflection mirror for producing a first cut-off elementary light beam (20) provided with a cut portion (21) comprising clear and blurred branches (21A, 21B). The elementary light beam is superimposed with a second flat cut-off elementary light beam having a cut portion on a screen perpendicular to an optical axis (Z-Z'). The blurred branch is partially included in the second cut-off elementary light beam.
