Abstract (en)
The cooking device (1) has a cooking chamber (2), which is heated by a heat source and a door (4) for closing the cooking chamber. A blower for rapid cooling of the cooking chamber is provided outside the cooking chamber in order to convey fresh air into the cooking chamber. The blower is formed as a radial blower. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a cooking device.

Gargerät (1) und Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Gargerätes mit einem Garraum (2), der über eine Heizquelle (3) beheizbar ist und mittels einer Tür (4) verschlossen werden kann. Es ist zur Schnellabkühlung des Garraumes (2) ein Gebläse (20) vorgesehen, dass außerhalb des Garraumes (2) angeordnet ist und zum schnellen Abkühlen des Garraumes (2) Frischluft in diesen leiten kann.
