[origin: EP2472679A1] The assembly has a brush i.e. carbon brush, displaceably guided in a pot-shaped brush support and force-impacted by a helical spring element (2). The spring element is held at a holding element (3) so that the spring and holding elements are combined as a single component. The holding element is fixed at a wall of the support via locking elements, where the support is formed as an injection molding plastic part. The holding element rests against an inwardly-lying bottom of the support. A locking projection (5) is projected into a recess that is formed in the wall.
