[origin: EP2289837A1] The tool (1) has an outer wall with a front edge formed as a cutting edge (5) that extends along a circumferential direction of a prism shaped hollow body (3). A connecting region (6) connects a base body (2) with a drive unit. The front edge comprises cutting edge sections (5a, 5b), which is provided along an axial direction, in two cutting edge-peripheral region. A prism-shaped lateral wall inner surface (4a) comprises a recess that limits the cutting edge at the edge section, where the outer wall is made of steel or ceramic material.
