[origin: WO2011026737A1] The invention relates to a cage (2) for a rolling bearing (1), having a first cage side ring (3), and having a plurality of bars (4) each disposed protruding from the first cage side ring (3) and at a distance from each other, such that pockets (5) are formed thereby for receiving rolling elements (6), wherein the first cage side ring (3) comprises an elastically deformable segment (7) in the region of one pocket (5) each, said segment being formed as a multiple bridge disposed between two adjacent bars (4). The invention further relates to a rolling bearing having such a cage.
