Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2474459A2] The device has a pivotal arm (14) radially protruding from a pivot shaft (12) and flanged with a pick-up element (15). The shaft is connected with two spring elements (17a, 17b) over two levers (16a, 16b), respectively. Two rotational torques of the spring elements are applied on the shaft through the levers, respectively and oriented opposite to each other. The spring elements, the levers and the pivot arm are aligned with each other such that the spring elements are relaxed by positioning of the pick-up element of the pivotal arm vertically over a longitudinal axis of the shaft. The spring elements are designed as pressure springs, and the pick-up element is designed as a rail segment.
