Abstract (en)

The winding (10) has two hollow-cylindrical winding modules (12, 14) provided with electrical conductors (18, 20) and axially arranged around a common winding axis (16). An electrical insulation layer (22) encloses the winding modules, and includes radial recesses (28, 30) or a ring-like radial projection (32) protruded transverse to the winding axis at a radial outer surface (24). The recesses are arranged between the winding modules. The winding is defined at axial front surfaces of front plates (38, 40). A flexible profile strip is partially wrapped by an insulation material.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Transformatorwicklung (10, 50, 70) umfassend wenigstens zwei hohlzylindrisch um eine gemeinsame Wickelachse (16, 56, 80) angeordnete axial benachbarte Wicklungsmodule (12, 14, 52, 54, 72, 74, 76, 78) mit einem lagenweise gewickelten elektrischen Leiter (18, 20) sowie eine gemeinsame elektrische Isolationsschicht (22, 68, 82), durch welche die Wicklungsmodule (12, 14, 52, 54, 72, 74, 76, 78) umhüllt sind. Die Isolationsschicht (22, 68, 82) weist an ihrer radialen Außenfläche (24, 90) wenigstens eine quer zur Wickelachse (16, 56, 80) ausgeprägte ringartige radiale Vertiefung (28, 30, 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 84, 86, 88) oder ringartige radiale Erhebung (32) auf.
