Abstract (en)

The system (1) has a main cleaning stage (2) and a pretreatment stage (3) working with heated treatment fluids. The stages are attached to a block-unit heating power plant (4) for supply with heat energy via a common heat circuit (5) with forward and return lines (5a, 5b). The pretreatment stage is attached after the main cleaning stage in the return line and operated as a return condenser. Heat exchangers (6, 8) supply the heat energy to the main cleaning stage and the pretreatment stage, respectively. A bypass line (10) of one of the heat exchangers (8) is provided in the heat circuit.

Es wird eine Behälterreinigungsanlage mit wenigstens einer Hauptreinigungsstufe (2) und wenigstens einer Vorbehandlungsstufe (3) beschrieben, die jeweils mit erwärmten Behandlungsflüssigkeiten arbeiten. Um eine derartige Behälterreinigungsanlage energetisch effektiv betreiben zu können, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Hauptreinigungsstufe (2) und die Vorbehandlungsstufe (3) zur Versorgung mit Wärmeenergie über einen gemeinsamen Wärmekreislauf (5) mit Vor- und Rücklauf (5a,5b) an ein Blockheizkraftwerk (4) angeschlossen sind, wobei die Vorbehandlungsstufe (3) im Rücklauf (5b) nach der Hauptreinigungsstufe (2) angeschlossen und als Rücklaufkühler betreibbar ist.
