Abstract (en)
The blank (1) has peripheral panels (11, 12) comprising secondary folding lines (110, 120), parallel to a main folding line (5) and delimiting a set of strips (111, 121) with width (x) and another set of strips (112, 122) with width (y) on each of the lines. The strips are arranged for forming side walls (21, 22) of reservation box closed by a cover in a folding state of the blank, where the walls have height equal to thickness of a pre-slab. The side walls of the open reservation box have height equal to or greater than thickness of floor in another folding state of the blank. The blank is manufactured from a material chosen from sy6hthetic material, composite material and cardboard.

La présente invention concerne un flan (1) de matière rigide ou semi-rigide, agencé pour former après pliage une boîte de réservation (2) destinée à être intégrée dans un plancher (3) réalisé à partir d'une prédalle (4), ledit flan (1) comportant un panneau central (10), destiné à former le fond de ladite boîte de réservation (2), ainsi que des panneaux périphériques (11, 12) reliés chacun audit panneau central (10) et destinés à former au moins les parois latérales (21, 22) de ladite boîte de réservation (2). Il se caractérise en ce que lesdits panneaux périphériques (11, 12) comportent chacun une ligne de pliage secondaire (110, 120), parallèle à la ligne de pliage principale (5), délimitant sur chacun d'entre eux une première bande (111, 121) de largeur x et une deuxième bande (112, 122) de largeur y , lesdites bandes (111, 121) de largeur x et lesdites bandes (112, 122) de largeur y étant agencées pour former, dans un premier état de pliage dudit flan (1) les parois latérales (21, 22) d'une boîte de réservation (2) fermée par un couvercle (23), de hauteur x au moins égale à celle de ladite prédalle (4) et, dans un second état de pliage dudit flan (1) les parois latérales (21, 22) d'une boîte de réservation (2) ouverte de hauteur x+y sensiblement égale ou supérieure à celle dudit plancher (3).
