Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2011032770A1] The invention relates to an injector (1) for injecting fuel into a combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine, in which an injection member which opens or closes at least one injection opening is actuated by a control valve (11), the control valve (11) opening or closing a connection from the control chamber (17) to a fuel return (23) by the closing element (22) being set onto a seat (31) or opening the latter, there being formed in the closing element (22) a bore (29) in which at least one pin (30) is accommodated such that it can move axially, the diameter of the bore (29) substantially corresponding to the diameter of the pin (30), and the at least one pin (30) being supported indirectly on a supporting element (34) by the end section (38; 38a) of said pin (30) facing away from the closing element (22). The invention provides for an angle compensating element (40; 50) to be arranged between the end section (38; 38a) of the at least one pin (30) and the supporting element (34) and for an annular contact surface (45; 45a) to be formed between the angle compensating element (40; 50) and the end section (38; 38a) of the at least one pin (30).
