The device has a stack present between a stack support and a limiting element. An object (Ps) between the element and the support is transported to a stop element in a direction parallel to a base (Bo). A front edge (Vk) of the object faces towards the stop element during transportation. A stop surface (Af) extends in a stop surface plane (Af-E). An angle (alpha) between the plane and a base plane (Bo-E) is smaller than 90 degree such that an upper region of the front edge holds the stop surface and distance between a lower region of the front edge and the stop surface exists during holding.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Stapelvorrichtung zum Stapeln von flachen Gegenständen (Ps), insbesondere von flachen Postsendungen. Jeder Gegenstand (Ps) erstreckt sich in einer Gegenstands-Ebene und weist jeweils eine Vorderkante auf. Die Stapelvorrichtung umfasst ein Stapelfach (Sf) und eine Transport-Einrichtung (TE). Das Stapelfach umfasst eine Stapelstütze (Pa), einen Boden (Bo), ein Anschlagelement (Ans), eine Anschlagfläche, die sich in einer Anschlagflächen-Ebene (Af-E) erstreckt, und ein Begrenzungselement (UW). Die Anschlagflächen-Ebene (Af-E) ist dergestalt gegen die Vertikale geneigt, dass zwischen der Anschlagflächen-Ebene (Af-E) und der Boden-Ebene (Bo-E) ein Winkel (±) kleiner als 90 Grad auftritt. Die Stapelvorrichtung erzeugt einen Stapel von annähernd senkrecht stehenden Gegenständen. Die Transport-Einrichtung transportiert jeden einzustapelnden Gegenstand zum Stapelfach. Hierbei steht jeder Gegenstand senkrecht auf dem Boden (Bo), und die Vorderkante (VK) des Gegenstands (Ps) zeigt zum Anschlagelement (Ans) hin. Wenn ein Gegenstand (Ps) auf das Anschlagelement (Ans) trifft, so trifft zunächst ein oberer Bereich (Eck) der Vorderkante (VK) auf diese Anschlagfläche. Zwischen einem unteren Bereich der Vorderkante (VK) und der Anschlagfläche (Af) tritt ein Abstand (dist) auf.
