Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2479335A1] The metering device (8) has a coupling device (16) including a piston movable within a tube section between open and closed positions. One side of a hollow pin is connected with a connection line (20) and another side of the pin is penetrated into the tube section. The pin moves the piston in the open position for passage of dispensing agent from a storage container (21a) to the connection line through the tube section and the pin. A sleeve is imposed on the pin for opening or closing the pin by displacement of the pin. An independent claim is also included for a washing machine.
