Abstract (en)

The profile has horizontal plain parts (141) connected by an oblique plain part (142). The horizontal plain parts transmit stresses having a vertical component subjected by a thermal-bridge breaker forming module (1), where the profile is made of a ceramic matrix composite or metallic material. The oblique plain part transmits stresses having a horizontal component subjected by the module, where the composite material presents thermal conductivity lower than that of the metallic material. An independent claim is also included for a thermal-bridge breaker forming module comprising a front plate, a front wall, a rear wall, a top wall and a bottom wall made of a plastic material.

Profilé (14) destiné à être mis en oeuvre dans un module (1) formant rupteur de pont thermique pour plancher d'une construction en béton armé comprenant au moins un bloc de matériau isolant (12) et des armatures métalliques (13) aptes à reprendre les sollicitations de structure, ledit profilé (14) faisant saillie dudit bloc de matériau isolant et étant caractérisé en ce qu' il présente une forme de Z intégrant deux partie planes horizontales (141) reliées par une une partie plane oblique (142), les parties planes horizontales (141) étant destinées à transmettre les sollicitations ayant une composante verticale subies par le module (1) et la partie plane oblique (142) étant destinée à transmettre les sollicitations ayant une composante horizontale subies par le module (1) ; et en ce qu'il est réalisé en un matériau composite à matrice céramique ou métallique, ledit matériau composite présentant une conductivité thermique inférieure à celle du métal.
