Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2479434A2] The pump has a shifting unit (20) comprising a control piston (32) turned toward a control chamber (22). Another control piston (34) is turned toward another control chamber (24). The shifting unit is arranged between the control chambers. The latter control piston comprises an annular groove (42) running over a part of circumference along a circumferential direction. A fluid-conducting channel i.e. longitudinal groove (44), is arranged at the latter control piston such that the channel connects the annular groove with a suction side of the pump in a fluid-conducting manner.
