[origin: WO2011039453A1] The present application relates to a method for mixing a heterogeneous solution containing at least two different liquids and, optionally, at least one solid entity in order to obtain a homogeneous solution, the method including the following steps: a) placing all or part of the heterogeneous solution in at least one container having a longitudinal axis; b) positioning the container on a mounting moving about an axis of rotation, the longitudinal axis being tilted relative to the axis of rotation; c) setting the mounting in motion in order to subject the solution contained in the container to a series of accelerations and decelerations, the intensity of which is sinusoidal, so as to agitate said heterogeneous solution which becomes homogeneous. The application also relates to a device for implementing the above method. Said application can preferably be used in the field of medical diagnosis.
