Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2482017A1] The apparatus (1) has a drying module (200) comprising a bearing surface (100) receiving wet vegetal products to be dried (P), and a product contact area (ZC) defined between the bearing surface and a drying surface of a drying band (210) wrapped with a web of microfibers fringes (212) in the contact area. A moisture extractor (250) is arranged in a downstream of the contact area along winding direction of the drying surface of the drying band for compressing the drying surface and for sucking moisture from the products.
