Abstract (en)
[origin: EP2482029A1] The device (1) has a micro-machined or micro-engraved counterweight (3) that is movable in translation in a housing (4). The counterweight includes lateral faces (3a, 3b) carrying one triangular indentation (5) cooperated with another triangular indentation (6) on walls of the housing to ensure delaying of movement of the counterweight. The indentations are carried by a flexible tongue (7) that is integral with the counterweight. The tongue is deformed by bending during the displacement of the counterweight. The tongue is provided near each of the lateral faces of the counterweight.
