Abstract (en)

Biaxially stretched foil comprises: at least one black pigment; diol component made of 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol; and dicarboxylic acid component made of at least one benzene dicarboxylic acid and/or at least one naphthalene dicarboxylic acid, where the dicarboxylic acid component comprises a primary dicarboxylic acid component comprising one of the two dicarboxylic acids including 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid and terephthalic acid, and a secondary dicarboxylic acid component, where the secondary dicarboxylic acid component is different from the primary dicarboxylic acid component. Biaxially stretched foil comprises: at least one black pigment; diol component made of 1,4-cyclohexane dimethanol (at least 80 mole%); and dicarboxylic acid component made of at least one benzene dicarboxylic acid and/or at least one naphthalene dicarboxylic acid (at least 80 mole%), where the dicarboxylic acid component comprises a primary dicarboxylic acid component (at least 55 mole%) comprising one of the two dicarboxylic acids including 2,6-naphthalene dicarboxylic acid and terephthalic acid, and a secondary dicarboxylic acid component (at least 18 mole%), where the secondary dicarboxylic acid component is different from the primary dicarboxylic acid component. The foil is made of a polyester. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a biaxially oriented polyester foil exhibiting a transparency of less than 75%, a transparency of less than 10% in UV-A-range at 370 nm, an elastic-modulus of greater than 1500 N/mm 2>(in all foil directions) and greater than 5000 N/mm 2>(in neither of the foil directions), an F5-value (force at 5% elongation-value) of greater than 40 N/mm 2>(in all foil directions) and greater than 140 N/mm 2>(in neither of the foil directions), a tensile strength of greater than 65 N/mm 2>(in all foil directions) and greater than 290 N/mm 2>(in neither of the foil directions), a shrinkage of less than 3% at 150[deg] C (15 minutes) in both foil directions and less than -1% (in neither of the foil directions), a voltage resistance (50 Hz, 21[deg] C, 50 relative humidity, measured in air) of at least 40 V/mu m and a partial discharge resistance (PDV) of the equation: PDV[V] = x[V/ mu m]x foil thickness[mu m] + y[V], where x is greater than 0.75 [V/ mu m] and y is greater than 100 [V], and a standard viscosity (SV)-value-decomposition rate of greater than -3 SV-unit/hour; and (2) producing the foil, comprising extruding at least one identical or different polymer melt through a flat nozzle, withdrawing and quenching it for solidifying on at least one roller to form a amorphous precursor foil, subsequently heating again and biaxially stretching (orienting), and then thermo-fixing and rolling up the biaxially stretched foil.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine biaxial gestreckte Folie, enthaltend mindestens ein Schwarzpigment, wobei die Folie überwiegend aus einem Polyester besteht, dessen Diolkomponente zu mindestens 80 Mol-% aus 1,4-Cyclohexandimethanol (CHDM) besteht und dessen Dicarbonsäurekomponente zu mindestens 80 Mol-% aus einer oder mehreren Benzoldicarbonsäure(n) oder/und einer oder mehreren Naphthalindicarbonsäure(n) besteht, die Dicarbonsäurekomponente aus einer Hauptdicarbonsäurekomponente mit mindestens 55 Mol-% Anteil besteht, die ausgewählt ist aus einer der beiden Dicarbonsäuren 2,6-Naphthalindicarbonsäure und Terephthalsäure, und aus einer Nebendicarbonsäurekomponente mit mindestens 18 Mol-% Anteil besteht, wobei die Nebendicarbonsäurekomponente verschieden ist von der Hauptdicarbonsäurekomponente. Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Folie sowie ihre Verwendung.
