[origin: EP2484603A1] The film (2) or laminate has edge zones oriented in longitudinal direction (LR) of the film and limited by film edges (17, 18). Opening zones formed in the edge zones at a distance to the film edges such that the opening zones partial congruently lie within a longitudinal sealing seam (14) to be produced. A longitudinal sealing seam opening (19) is formed in a congruent region, and a weakening zone (8) is formed between the opening zones in the film, where the opening zones are positioned corresponding to a separate line that is arranged within a separate zone. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for packing a packaged item (2) a device for packing a packaged item, comprising an envelope- and sealing level.
