[origin: EP2484846A2] The backing web (7) comprises three interconnected layers such as a nonwoven layer (1), an overlying flexible intermediate layer (3) and a cover fleece (5) filled with sand. The cover fleece is bound using plastic adhesive on the flexible intermediate layer formed with the open channels (6). The open channels are formed in one direction or crosswise in the flexible intermediate layer. The lower fabric layer and the cover fleece are made of plastic fabric.
